After Hours Care

For Emergency contact Onslow Memorial Hospital at (910)-577-2345 for the provider on call. Our office has a co-management agreement with the following office for your after hours care. Jacksonville Urgent Care (910)-353-0700 after hours Monday thru Sunday from 5 pm to 9pm Jacksonville Behavior at (910) 353-0581
